\n The heart of our CRM project is the transnational and parti-time certificate program \u00bbCircular and Return Migration Management\u00ab<\/strong> in the field of return and reintegration. The two-semester study program, developed in cooperation with the University of Krems, offers practical and theoretical knowledge for employees in politics, administration and civil society organisations from countries of origin, transit and destination. \n In a globalised society, polarisation and disillusionment with democracy are on the rise. Our \u2018Local Dialogue\u2019 project aims to reduce misunderstandings and disputes in the immediate social environment. Through respectful exchange, we promote togetherness, inclusion and stability. The aim is to create spaces for dialogue in order to strengthen social cohesion and a democratic, future-oriented society. <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n

\n\n \u00bbIntegration through dialogue\u00ab\n \n <\/h2>\n
\n Our new project aims to positively shape the narrative of migration by using intercultural dialogue formats to promote the integration of migrants in regions with particularly high levels of negative attitudes. Inspired by successful initiatives from Finland, we will organise dialogues between local businesses, migrants and local decision-makers to break down prejudices and strengthen mutual understanding. The main aim is to improve the integration of migrants and promote equal opportunities in society. A research centre will carry out an accompanying study to assess the impact of these dialogue formats on attitudes and labour market opportunities and derive policy recommendations. <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n
