Questions about application documents/procedure :
The letter of recommendation is a one-page document and should specifically address the applicant’s experience, skills, and commitment in areas relevant to return and reintegration, such as counselling, managing migration projects, coordinating community outreach, or similar roles. The letter should highlight the candidate’s problem-solving abilities, interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and any relevant achievements or impact in their work.
The curriculum allocates 3 ECTS to each of the courses and a total of 12 ECTS for the Certificate Program »Circular and Return Migration Management«. These are shown in the ‘Diploma Supplement’ (course/ECTS overview - appendix), provided the students has passed the exam (see also case study). The recognition of these exams for other courses of other institutions depends on the authority of those institutions.
For the moment, the deadline can be extended max. until the 15th of October 2024.
Questions on the contents of the course:
The case study is the written form of an examination over the whole program and invites the students to apply the acquired knowledge to a real or future case in their professional environment, including an analysis of the problem, formulation of objectives and measures and using internationally applied planning tools.
