»Local dialogue«

PROJECT TARGET

Strong cohesion through dialogical encounters

We create spaces for genuine exchange directly on site – to foster inclusive, democratic coexistence that reduces polarisation and strengthens trust.

Through circular dialogues, personal experiences and active listening, we promote respect, understanding and shared values.

Why now?

  • Social division is growing.
  • Politics, economics and the environment dominate the debates.

What we need is genuine cohesion, vibrant relationships and everyday dialogue – in communities, clubs and workplaces.
Our dialogue formats start where people meet: close, honest, and committed.

How does it work?

  • Circular dialogue forums with a focus on inclusion and equal treatment.
  • Contributions are based on personal experiences, not on the opinions of others.
  • Confidentiality, respect and moderation ensure a safe atmosphere for discussion.

The aim: to clear up misunderstandings, defuse conflicts and open up new perspectives.

What do we offer?
A wide range of topics:
local politics, democracy, economics, the environment, religion and personal education.

Three focus areas:

  1. Direct dialogue events
  2. local network with joint dialogues,
  3. international exchange for learning connections.

Practical:

  • Involvement of local partners
  • Training of dialogue facilitators
  • Sustainable structures on site.

What do we achieve?

  • Less inequality, more participation and self-determination.
  • An inclusive community with stronger social cohesion.
  • Real-life answers to polarisation – through dialogue instead of confrontation.

Target group

Anyone interested in genuine dialogue. Openness, respect and a willingness to engage in dialogue are essential prerequisites.
